The Future of Free to Air Broadcasting A Dinner Discussion hosted by the Industry and Parliament Trust

The Industry and Parliament Trust (IPT) hosted a dinner discussion in May to consider the impact evolving viewing habits are having on the UK broadcasting sector and to discuss how Government and industry can work together to ensure Britain continues to produce world-leading content. Caitriona was invited to take part in the discussion and to share her research findings with guests including public service broadcasters, commercial platforms, politicians and policy makers.

This event was part of the IPT’s event programme which is a succession of intimate roundtable discussions focusing on a topical area of policy to ask critical questions in a balanced and inclusive way. These discussions aim to build sustained debate and allow industry and Parliament to reflect on how best to work together on an issue within a safe environment and in the spirit of Chatham House Rule.
